Remove a listing
CivJobs aggregates publicly posted openings and links out to the original application page. If you represent the employer behind a listing and want it removed from CivJobs, tell us which one.
What we need
- The listing URL on CivJobs (e.g. https://civjobs.pages.dev/jobs/example-slug/) — we can't act on a company name alone.
- Your email so we can confirm the action back to you.
What happens next
We take listing-removal requests down promptly rather than holding them for verification — a listing that should have stayed up is easy to restore, but one that stays live after a legitimate request isn't. If a request was made about your listing without your authorization, contact us from your company email and we'll look into restoring it.
This process covers aggregated listings only. CivJobs never republishes a posting's full text — only a short original summary plus a link to the original application page — so this page is about removing that aggregated entry, not a copyright takedown of content hosted elsewhere.
